Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@miceandco.es. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. In the case of legal withdrawal (see below), the cost of the original standard shipping will also be refunded, if applicable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not process direct exchanges.
14-day EU withdrawal period
If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to exercise your legal right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In case of full withdrawal, the cost of the original standard shipping will also be refunded, if applicable.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@miceandco.es.
Additional conditions
All items must be returned in their original condition, complete and unused. In the case of bundles or sets, returns will not be accepted if any components are missing. We reserve the right to reject incomplete returns or apply a proportional deduction if the item cannot be resold as new or part of the original content is missing.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions or are reported outside the indicated period. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
