Shipping within Spain and Portugal

  • Mainland Spain and Portugal: Free shipping on all orders.

  • Balearic Islands: €2.99

Shipping within the European Union and the United Kingdom

  • France: €5.99

  • Italy: €5.99

  • United Kingdom: €3.99

  • Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands: €3.99

  • Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic: €5.99

  • Denmark, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Ireland: €9.99

  • Croatia, Estonia, Lithuania, Sweden, Latvia: €19.99

All prices include taxes, except in the United Kingdom, where local taxes are not included.

For shipments to the United Kingdom, customers may be required to pay import duties and/or additional customs fees.

Processing and delivery times

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Estimated delivery time is 1 to 4 working days for Spain and 2 to 7 working days for the rest of European countries and the United Kingdom, counting from the time of dispatch.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive by email a tracking number to monitor its journey.

Delays and responsibility

Although delays due to external causes (such as weather conditions or logistics issues) are beyond our control, MICE&CO assumes responsibility for the delivery of the order until it reaches the customer.

Order not received

If the order is not delivered within a reasonable time, you have the right to cancel the purchase and request a full refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
